Bangkok-based Auto Assist was created in early 2000, and joined the Group in March 2001.  The company oversees the country’s largest roadside assistance network, providing the market with comprehensive roadside assistance services under its name.  Its newly developed capabilities in warranty administration and customer relation management make it the only company in the Thai market capable of offering automotive companies one-stop-shop type solutions.

Fast Lane, Mondial Assistance Thailand’s travel insurance programme, was launched in January 2003 and offers both Thai corporate clients and individual travellers the most comprehensive coverage on the market.
